30-day Challenge - July/August 2011

This round challenge is a memorable one. There are a few people, who beat all odds and decided to join despite the journey near or far but definitely early. My gratitude to them and thank you for the support and love for the challenge programme :).

Thanks to Erin and Lily (and hubby-for babysitting and giving up his morning runs) for making this challenge possible! Well done!
Enjoyed every bit of the class and towards the end - I love the double leg lifts and the pose after that. Looking forward to the next challenge.
Can totally feel and see the difference, even get much compliments from those around me :D
Very pleased that my goals to achieve flexibility and a well-toned body is achieved. Also noticed that am much more calm and able to maximise my breathing.
Thanks loads!

The programme has definitely reduced lethargy. I used to need a few cups of coffee to help me get through the day, but now, five-minute nap is enough even though I start my day much earlier (7am!). This 30-day challenge aslo makes it easier to track my own progress, as I can feel myself going deeper into the poses with each day. It was fun, and will definitely do it again. Thank you Erin and Lily! :)

I have thoroughly enjoyed my 1st 30-day challenge. My body is definitely more toned and flexible. Losing the tummy! Well, I think that might take more time. At least the journey has begun!

This 30-day is more intensive than the earlier challenge that I attended, which is very good, as it made the workout more challenging.
Suggestions : to have rest days in between for the body to get used to the challenge during earlier weeks.
Alternating regime between challenging and more relaxed for continuous 30-days so that we will not feel too tired during the month.
